• FFL transfer question: your ZIP code. We will suggest licensed dealers near you, or you can name your own.
• Order issue: put your order number in the subject line.
• State compliance: the model and your destination state. We can usually tell you in one reply whether it can ship.

Dealers

FFL dealers interested in dealer-to-dealer transfers can use the same address; include your FFL number in the first message.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot run a background check by email; that happens at the receiving dealer when you fill out Form 4473. We cannot ship a firearm to a home address. We cannot reverse a denied background check. And we cannot ship anything to a state where that configuration is illegal.
