Terms
Terms of Service
Placing an order with Tennessee Guns Inc means you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You are at least 18 to buy a rifle or shotgun, and at least 21 to buy any other firearm (including handguns, frames and receivers) from a licensed dealer.
- You are not prohibited from possessing firearms under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
- The purchase is for yourself or a lawful gift, not for another person. Straw purchases are a federal felony.
The receiving dealer runs the background check before transferring the firearm. If you are not sure you qualify, find out before you order.
Pricing and availability
Prices can change without notice. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we either offer a substitute you approve or refund you in full.
FFL transfer
All firearms ship to a licensed dealer. The dealer performs the background check, Form 4473 and any waiting period your state requires. We are not responsible for the dealer's transfer fee, a denied background check, or a dealer refusing a transfer at its discretion.
State compliance
You are responsible for making sure an item and its configuration are legal in your state, county and city. We will refuse to ship anything we know is illegal at the destination. If a law changes while an order is in transit and the transfer cannot complete, we will work with you on a substitute or refund.
Prohibited items
We do not sell machine guns, conversion devices, or any item regulated as a machine gun under 18 U.S.C. § 922(o).
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922 and 27 CFR Part 478) controls firearms-specific obligations. Contact [email protected] first about any dispute.
