Polymer80 built its name on the PF940 family of pistol frames made to accept Glock-pattern slides and parts: the full-size PF940v2, the compact PF940C and the subcompact PF940SC, followed by complete PFS9 and PFC9 pistols. The company stopped operating in 2024, so what is listed here is remaining inventory rather than new production.
How these ship has changed. Under the ATF's 2022 frame and receiver rule, which the Supreme Court upheld in 2025, frame kits and partially complete frames are treated as firearms. They must be serialized and they transfer through a licensed FFL dealer, the same as a complete handgun. Slides, magazine releases and other small parts ship directly to you.
Check your own state before ordering. Several states restrict or ban unserialized frames and frame kits outright, and the receiving dealer will not complete a transfer that is illegal where you live.

No. Frame kits and partially complete frames are regulated as firearms under the ATF frame and receiver rule, so they ship to a licensed FFL dealer, where you complete the transfer and background check.
